Melissa Tanco began their career in 2015 as a Channel Sales Representative at FreeFlight Systems. In 2017, they moved to Interface People, LP, where they currently hold the role of Executive Relationship Management and Business Development.

Melissa Tanco attended North Central Texas College in Corinth, TX from 2010 to 2013, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science.
