Melinda Franco

Melinda Franco currently serves as Associate Director of Employee Relations at IPG Health, a position held since April 2021, after previously holding the role of Director of Employee Relations. Prior to joining IPG Health, Melinda spent nearly a decade at Deloitte in various roles, including Lead Employee Relations Specialist, where responsibilities included counseling on employee relations matters and investigating over 500 cases. Melinda also contributed as an HR Manager focused on knowledge management and as a Tax Talent Specialist, partnering with senior management on workforce issues. Earlier experience includes roles at Fusion Brands America, Inc. and Clinique, where Melinda managed sales administration and coordinated educational programs, respectively. Melinda holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Management and Business Administration from Manhattanville College.
