Heejae Chae is the non-executive director at IP Group plc. Heejae was previously the group chief executive at Scapa from January 2009 to April 2021. Chae is credited with transforming Scapa from a 94-year-old UK industrial plc into a dynamic and entrepreneurial global market-driven company. As a result of their leadership, Scapa's market capitalization increased from £24 million to £413 million.
