Alik Stepanyan

Alik Stepanyan, PhD, is a seasoned professional in banking and education with extensive experience in retail and microfinance. Currently serving as the Director of the Retail Banking Directorate at IPOTEKA BANK since March 2020, Alik also operates as a business advisor. As the Founder and CEO of Businessstein since October 2013, Alik has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Additionally, Alik has held lecturing positions at various institutions, including Eurasia International University and the French University of Armenia, while imparting knowledge in Marketing and Finance. Alik's previous experience includes key roles at Inecobank CJSC, where responsibilities ranged from Head of Microfinance to Branch Manager. Alik holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management from Yerevan State University, an MBA from the European Regional Educational Academy, and foundational education from high school in Ruza, Moscow.
