Carlos Elicabe

Carlos Elicabe is an experienced Application Security Engineer currently employed at IPSY since November 2022, specializing in the implementation and configuration of SDLC security tools and the generation of cybersecurity standards and reports. Prior to IPSY, Carlos served as the Security Architect Lead at Nubiral, focusing on designing security practices for clients. From February 2008 to May 2022, Carlos held various positions at AFIP, ultimately as the Head of the Infrastructure Security Section, overseeing infrastructure security equipment and conducting penetration testing. Earlier roles include IT Processes Senior Analyst and Functional Analyst at ANSES, and a Computer Teacher at Liceo Informatico II. Carlos holds a degree in Systems from Universidad Abierta Interamericana, completed between 2002 and 2011.
