George Weiss

George is an accomplished board member, attorney, entrepreneur, and management advisor with forty plus years of senior management and investing experience. He is the founder and CEO of Beechtree Capital LLC, a thirty plus year old private investment firm operating in New York and Arizona.

George was an investor and board member of numerous other publicly and privately held companies. He has served on the Board of Directors and on the Audit, Executive, Nominating and Governance, and/or Compensation Committees of over 20 private, AMEX and NYSE companies; and Chairman or Vice Chairman of the Board in 12 of these companies.

George’s advisory and investment expertise has contributed to the growth and success of numerous successful companies. He has personally led or participated in over 120 equity venture transactions aggregating over $700 Million as well as institutional debt and equity transactions involving over $1 Billion.
