Paula Gildea

Paula Gildea is an experienced professional in the student accommodation sector, currently serving as Regional Manager for iQ Student Accommodation since November 2024. Prior to this role, Paula held the position of Head of Operations for Scotland and North at CRM Students from August 2023 to November 2024, and spent over a decade at iQ Student Accommodation and VeroGroup as Operations Manager. Earlier in their career, Paula worked at CRM Students as Accommodation Manager and at UNITE Group plc as Regional Sales Manager. Additional experience includes roles as Territory Sales Manager at The Boyds Collection, Sales Manager at Dream Technology, Retail Account Manager at Netcom Communications, and Senior Membership Advisor at Greens Health and Fitness. Paula holds an HND in Leisure and Service Sector Management from Glasgow Caledonian University, completed between 1991 and 1993.
