Brendan Lee

Brendan Lee is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and compliance. Since November 2014, Brendan has served as SVP - Chief Litigation Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at iQor, overseeing a diverse litigation portfolio for a global organization with 45,000 employees across 18 countries. Prior to this role, Brendan held various legal positions at Transamerica, including SVP - Chief Litigation Counsel and Assistant General Counsel, managing litigation related to financial services and insurance. Brendan also gained project management experience in the real estate industry at WCI Communities and served as Associate General Counsel at Transamerica, where defense of life insurance and securities litigation was a focus. Brendan began a legal career as an attorney at Macfarlane Ferguson & McMullen, P.A., specializing in appellate practice and civil litigation. Brendan earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Stetson University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English/Pre-Medicine from Boston College.
