Mitch Culbertson

Mitch Culbertson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational effectiveness and project management within the IT sector. Currently serving as Sr. Director of CIO Operational Effectiveness at IQVIA, Mitch leads continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and fostering a culture of improvement. Previous roles at IQVIA include Director of End User Services Program Manager and Associate Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing large-scale infrastructure projects and coordinating diverse teams. Mitch also has academic experience as an Adjunct Professor in IT at ESI, and has held positions at Quintiles and earlier roles that focused on IT support and coordination. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Management with a focus on Project Management from the University of Phoenix, along with a Bachelor's in Information Technology and an Associate's degree in Information Technology and Networking. Mitch is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL.
