Ramzi Mahmoudi, PhD, currently serves as the National Contact Point for IRCAI - International Research Center on Artificial Intelligence under UNESCO and as a Co-Founder of Medzone and Mindlinks. Throughout an extensive career, Ramzi has been Head of the Virtual IT Department and Assistant Professor at Université de Monastir since 2011, focusing on modernizing educational tools and teaching subjects in artificial intelligence and computer sciences. Additionally, Ramzi has acted as a Pedagogical Engineering Consultant at Ecole Polytechnique de Sousse, a National Contact Point for H2020 and Institutional Focal Point for Erasmus+ with the European Commission, and STI Coordinator at the Centre National Universitaire de Documentation Scientifique et Technique. Research activities have been conducted at the Faculté de Médecine de Monastir and as an Associate Researcher at Université Gustave Eiffel. Academic qualifications include a postdoctoral fellowship from UC Irvine, a Doctorate from ESIEE Paris, and multiple degrees in computer science.
