Niamh Dolly

Niamh Dolly is a skilled professional in the field of quality control, currently serving as the Quality Control Team Lead at Irish Distillers since December 2023. Previously, Niamh held multiple roles at Dairygold Co-Operative Society Ltd from May 2017 to December 2023, including Quality Officer, Subject Matter Expert for Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), and QC Microbiology Laboratory Technician, where responsibilities included building LIMS, conducting microbial analysis, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures. Niamh also gained valuable experience as a QC Chemistry Laboratory Technician during an undergraduate work placement and started a career in hospitality as an Accommodation Assistant. Niamh holds a Master's degree in Food Business Management & Technology from Technological University Dublin, a Certificate in Foundation Skills in Management from University College Cork, and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science & Health from University of Limerick.
