Brendan O'Regan

Brendan O'Regan is a seasoned investment professional with significant experience in property funds and real estate management. Currently serving as the Head of Property Funds at Irish Life Investment Managers since November 2015, Brendan oversees the management of both direct and indirect property funds for a large portfolio of prime properties in Ireland. Previously, Brendan held the position of Non Executive Director at Valley Healthcare, where responsibilities included overseeing the development and management of Primary Care Centres across Ireland. Brendan also served as Managing Director at WLR Cardinal, focusing on debt funds in the Irish property market, and held executive roles at the National Treasury Management Agency, including Head of Origination for the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund and Head of Real Estate for the National Pensions Reserve Fund. Brendan's educational background includes studies at Oxford Brookes University.
