Maggie Dou

Maggie Dou currently serves as Chief of Staff for the APAC region at Iron Mountain, part of the APAC Leadership Team and supporting the General Manager in overseeing 14 markets. Previously, Maggie held the position of Director and Head of Legal for Asia and ANZ, managing all legal matters across 13 markets, including M&A, contract management, regulatory compliance, and more. Maggie's extensive legal experience includes roles as Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills, Associate at Norton Rose Group and Allen & Overy, and beginning at Hunton & Williams. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws in International Economic Law from East China University of Political Science and Law and the University of Warwick, along with a Bachelor of Arts in English language and Chinese Law from East China University of Political Science and Law.
