Rahul Gaur

Rahul Gaur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consulting, currently serving as Managing Director at Iron Mountain since 2022. In addition, Rahul Gaur provides advisory services to early-stage startups and holds a position on the Board of Advisors at California State University, Chico. Previously, Rahul Gaur held significant roles in business process outsourcing and digital transformation across renowned companies including Wipro, IBM, Genpact, and HCL Technologies from 2010 to 2022. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Syntel (Atos) and Keane (NTT Data) from 2003 to 2010, and entrepreneurial ventures with Aravali, Digite, and Inobi from 1997 to 2003. Rahul Gaur began the career at HCL Technologies as Head of the Western Business Unit and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a BE in Electrical Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology.
