Erin Marshall

Erin Marshall is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in sales management and regional oversight. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Ironpeak since April 2007, Erin specializes in consulting with independent agencies to maximize revenue and enhance agency performance. Prior experience includes a Sales Manager role at The Hartford from 2003 to 2007, where Erin focused on expanding small commercial market share in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia regions. Erin's career at The Hartford also included positions such as Select Customer Underwriting Supervisor and Senior Select Customer Sales Representative. Earlier roles at Kemper Insurance and Aetna contributed to a comprehensive understanding of agency relationships and profitability initiatives. Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Law, Economics, and Government from American University and has earned the CPCU insurance designation.
