Bernardo Baader

Bernardo Baader is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and business development across Latin America. Currently serving as the General Manager of Irritec Mexico & Latam North since April 2022, Bernardo has previously held significant roles such as CEO and Regional Manager at AGRANA Group, where revenue was increased from 80 million to 120 million USD within five years. Bernardo's expertise in restructuring and growth strategies was further demonstrated during tenure as a business consultant and in various management positions at ALPLA, where successful turnarounds in Colombia and Venezuela were achieved. An engineering graduate from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, Bernardo combines technical knowledge with a strong business acumen to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
