Yvan Mau, CPCC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and organization development. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Learning & Organization Development at Irvine Company since February 2013, Yvan empowers employees to optimize performance through innovative solutions. Previous roles include Director of Development at The Orange County Register, where assessment and coaching were key responsibilities; Director of Sales Training & Development at Freedom Communications, Inc., where enterprise-wide training strategies were developed; and various positions at Procter & Gamble, including District Manager, Corporate Trainer, and Account Manager, focusing on coaching, recruiting, and sales training.
