Wendy Chambers

Wendy Chambers is an accomplished water utility professional with over two decades of experience in operations and management. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at Irvine Ranch Water District since August 2018, Wendy previously held prominent positions such as Utilities Director/General Manager and Assistant Utilities Director/Assistant General Manager at the City of Carlsbad and Carlsbad Municipal Water District from September 2010 to August 2018. Earlier in their career, Wendy was the Utility Systems Manager for Water at the City of Chandler from 2003 to 2010. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
