Steven Rivas

Steven Rivas is a skilled professional currently serving as a Science Teacher at Irving ISD since July 2023, while also holding the position of Director of UX and UI Research at agstud.io and Director of User and Market Research at Teknicks. With extensive experience in user experience research, Steven has previously conducted qualitative and quantitative studies to identify customer needs and improve product strategies in various organizations, including Crazy Egg, Course Cubby, and Symphony. As a dedicated educator, Steven has a proven track record of enhancing instructional design and student outcomes, evidenced by high passing rates in state assessments and successful curriculum development across different educational settings. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, attained in 2015.
