Valentina Hernandez Barnachea

Valentina Hernandez Barnachea is an accomplished professional with significant experience in process transformation and digitalization, currently serving as the Leader of Transformation and Digitalization of Backoffice Processes at Isapre Consalud since March 2019. Valentina has successfully designed and implemented a remote sales model for health plans, generating substantial profits. Previous roles include Leader of Product Owners Cluster Technology, where Valentina facilitated the achievement of key objectives and participated in the migration of data services, and Head of Processes and Operational Excellence, where Valentina established the processes area and defined the enterprise architecture.
