Efrain Ugarte

Efrain Ugarte is an experienced Instrument Technician with a strong background in instrumentation and electrical maintenance gained through multiple roles at various companies. Currently employed at ISC Constructors, L.L.C. since July 2024, Efrain has held several positions within the field, including roles at Ardent Services, LLC, Petrotech Inc, and Amber LLC. Efrain began the career at Universal Plant Services in January 2019, accumulating extensive experience over the years across different organizations. Efrain holds an Associate of Science degree in Instrumentation Technology/Technician from San Jacinto College, completed in June 2023.
