Deborah Mannia Cipp/Us

Deborah Mannia, CIPP/US, CIPM (IAPP), serves as the Chief Legal & Regulatory Affairs at Golden Thread Technology since April 2020 and has been an Outside General Counsel for Fractional General Counsel since 2005, focusing on collaboration with growth companies and their leadership. In addition, Deborah leads the Conference Committee for the (ISC)2 East Bay Chapter, organizing events like the Z-Action Conference. Past experience includes serving as General Counsel for Journal Communications, Inc. from 1997 to 2005, during which Deborah built a successful legal department, and as the Founder & Executive of the International Trade Association from 1986 to 1997, where skills in strategic planning and governance were developed. Educational credentials include a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance Concentration from San Jose State University.
