John W. Stokes Jr.

Mr. Stokes is a private investor. Mr. Stokes previously was with Morgan Keegan & Company, and its successor companies, Regions Financial Corp. and Raymond James Financial Inc., from 1970 until 2015. He was formerly Morgan Keegan’s Vice Chairman and Managing Director.

Mr. Stokes’ previous investment experience includes working at Merrill, Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith for ten years. Previously, Mr. Stokes served on the board of directors of O’Charley’s Inc., RFS Hotel Investors, Inc., Educare Child Care Services, Inc. and AccuCount Services, Inc.

Mr. Stokes received his Bachelor’s Degree from Vanderbilt University in 1959.
