Andrea Rand

Andrea Rand is a Project Coordinator in Development Services at ISG, with a professional background encompassing various roles in land development and planning. Previous experience includes serving as a Residential Land Development Manager at The Excelsior Group and as a Development and Entitlement Consultant at Cullen Development LLC, where management of the land development and planning entitlement process was a key responsibility. Andrea also held the position of Associate Planner with the City of Lakewood, directing land development proposals in a dynamic urban setting. Early career roles include an internship with the Town of Breckenridge and marketing coordination at The Random Acts of Kindness Foundation, along with a group coordination role at Copper Mountain Resort. Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Community and Regional Planning from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder.
