Renier Ponciano

Renier Ponciano is an experienced technology security manager, currently serving as the Gerente de Segurança de Tecnologia da Informação at ISH Tecnologia since March 2024. Previously, Renier held multiple roles at Hepta Tecnologia e Informática from June 2017 to March 2024, where responsibilities included leading security and infrastructure operations and supporting Level 3 teams in incident response and critical troubleshooting. Prior experience includes positions at IOS Informática, Organização e Sistemas S.A, where coordination and implementation of IT infrastructure projects were key focuses, as well as roles at +2X Tecnologia em Dobro and Capgemini, specializing in systems administration and server management. Renier holds a postgraduate degree in Implantação de Software Livre from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina and a degree in Rede de Computadores from União Educacional de Brasília.
