Sara Otepka

Sara Otepka is a board member at IslandWood. Sara has previously worked with Restore Hyper Wellness & Cryotherapy, Big Blue Swim School, Level 5 Capital Partners, and CorePower Yoga. From January 2005 to February 2018, Sara worked at Amazon where they held the position of General Management with responsibilities including marketing, product development, and operations. Prior to Amazon, Sara worked at Level 3 Communications from January 1998 to August 2003 where they were in finance and product management. During their time at Level 3 Communications, Sara led a team in developing voice and data product specifications, created and ran account manager and sales engineer training programs, and won the Just Did It Award for team leadership in product development.

Sara Otepka has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
