Karen Clode

Karen Clode is an experienced professional in the water and wastewater industry, currently serving as the Asia-Pacific Market Leader for Industry at Isle Utilities since December 2011. In this role, Karen focuses on innovative and sustainable solutions for industrial and mining clients, emphasizing resource recovery and the circular economy. Prior to this, Karen held positions as a Senior Consultant at Isle, managing consulting projects and overseeing water and wastewater technology approval groups. Previously, Karen worked as an R&D Process Scientist at Southern Water, leading optimization projects, and began their career as a Graduate Engineer at Black & Veatch after earning a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
