Valerie Scheef

Valerie Scheef has extensive experience in customer service and account management, currently serving as a Senior Group Supervisor at ISN since September 2021, following a series of progressively responsible roles within the same company starting from June 2014. Valerie has managed complex portfolios, driven new business initiatives, and facilitated key meetings between customers and executive teams. Earlier roles included Account Representative and Senior Account Representative, where Valerie provided crucial support and training to contractor and supplier customers. Prior to ISN, Valerie gained experience as an Associate at Roots Boutique and held leadership positions during academic tenure at Baylor University, including Vice President of Event Planning for Pi Beta Phi Fraternity. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University.
