Jude Shavlik

Jude Shavlik is the Sole Proprietor of Jude Shavlik Consulting LLC, a position held since July 2017, following a distinguished 30-year academic career as a professor in the Computer Sciences Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where Jude became an Emeritus Professor in July 2017. In addition to consulting, Jude serves on the Board of Advisors as an AI/ML Consultant for SimpleMachines, Inc. and previously worked as a Visiting Research Scientist at Yahoo, gaining valuable experience in machine learning technologies like Hadoop and Spark. Jude's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, an MS in Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University, and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
