Emiliano Guanella

Emiliano Guanella is an experienced journalist and analyst currently serving as a Professor and Analyst at ISPI - Istituto per gli Studi di Politica Internazionale since January 2019. With a diverse background in media, Guanella has been a collaborator for La Stampa since August 2006, contributing to the foreign, sports, and entertainment sections. As a filmmaker for Radiotelevisione svizzera (RSI) since September 2001, Guanella produces documentaries focusing on social contrasts and environmental issues in Latin America. Additional experience includes collaborations with Radio 24 covering economic crises, with Sky Sport reporting significant South American sports events, and with Sky Tg 24 creating international news segments. Guanella's earlier roles included producing and editing at RAI Buenos Aires and serving as a correspondent for Il Nuovo.it. Education includes degrees in Geography and Modern Literature from Università degli Studi di Milano.
