Eleanor Restatcher

Eleanor Restatcher is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Procurement Director at Isracard since January 2025, Eleanor previously held the position of Global Procurement Manager at Netafim, where key responsibilities included managing procurement for technologies, business services, CapEx, and OpEx from May 2021 to December 2024. At Tnuva, Eleanor was the Strategic Procurement Lead for Business Services, overseeing approximately $300 million in indirect spend and enhancing operational efficiencies. Earlier roles included senior procurement positions at Teva Pharmaceuticals and the Israeli Ministry of Defense, alongside initial experience in customer relations and human resources recruitment. Eleanor holds a B.A. in Political and Social Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
