Steven Rademakers

Steven Rademakers is a Continuous Improvement Lead at ICL Group since October 2017, specializing in lean principles for high-quality fertilizer production. In this role, Steven focuses on performance management routines, strategy and policy deployment, and A3 problem-solving. Previously, Steven served as a Process Engineer at ICL Group where responsibilities included managing optimization projects and developing a new laboratory information management system. Prior experience includes a position as a Process Engineer in the Projects & Technical Consultancy department at Tata Steel in Europe and completing an internship in process engineering at Nudie Foods, addressing microbiological spoilage issues. Steven holds a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Technology from Eindhoven University of Technology, completing studies between 2009 and 2014. Additionally, Steven was the Secretary and Vice-Chairman for the Eindhovense Studenten Sport Federatie from October 2011 to October 2012.
