Tihomir Mladenov

Tihomir Mladenov, FCCA, currently serves as VP and CFO Europe at ICL Group since May 2023. Prior to this role, Mladenov held the position of Regional Financial Controller Europe at AkzoNobel from February 2020 to April 2023, where responsibilities included business partnership across various financial functions and IFRS reporting. Mladenov was Regional Finance Director at Hoya from November 2017 to February 2020, focusing on financial management and compliance. Previously, Mladenov was Regional Controller - EMEA Director at AES Corporation from September 2009 to November 2017, managing substantial revenue and assets across multiple regions. Earlier experiences include roles as Financial Controller at AES Corporation and Head of Budgeting, Planning and Effectiveness at LUKOIL. Mladenov began the career as a Senior Auditor at PwC and held various financial accounting functions at SGS, Sofia Beverage Company.
