Felicitas Lauinger

Felicitas Lauinger is an experienced Agile Tribe/Enterprise Coach at ista since December 2023, previously serving as an Agile Coach at Chefkoch GmbH / Gruner + Jahr from October 2018 to December 2023. Prior roles include self-employment as a Systemic Counsellor, Coach, and Trainer focusing on training in teamwork, communication, and mental health, as well as serving as Project Manager/Systemic Coach and Trainer at pme Familienservice GmbH from September 2013 to January 2018. Additional experience encompasses research roles at the University of Tübingen and the Institute for Systemic Consulting Wiesloch. Felicitas holds a Magister Studies degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric and a Diplom in Educational Science from the University of Tübingen, along with an Erasmus scholarship exchange at EHESP - École des hautes études en santé publique.
