Israfil Kişla

Israfil Kişla was born on March 10, 1959 in Artvin, Şavşat. He graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Theology. He completed his master's and doctoral studies at Istanbul University, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. He served as General Manager and Vice President in the Science Dissemination Society.

Israfil was elected as Artvin Deputy in the 24th term. He was the Chairman of the Kuwait Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group and a member of the National Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Commission. He is the AK PARTİ Headquarters Vice President of Civil Society and Public Relations.

Israfil currently serves as the Chief Advisor to the President.

Kisla speaks English, Georgian and Arabic.
