Jukka Suihkonen

Jukka Suihkonen has extensive experience in healthcare and social services, currently serving as a Tuoteomistaja at Istekki Oy since December 2022. Previously, Jukka worked as a Key Account Manager at Axel Health, managing high-level clients and supporting healthcare reforms. At VideoVisit, Jukka held multiple roles including Customer Success Lead, where responsibilities encompassed customer satisfaction and growth, as well as managing a customer success team. Earlier experience includes project coordination for the DigiSote project at ESSOTE, and various roles at Mikkelin kaupunki focused on client motivation and service guidance. Jukka holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Services from Mikkeli University of Applied Sciences, earned from 2009 to 2012.
