Francesca Locati

Francesca Locati is a seasoned professional in design and education, currently serving as a Program Leader Consultant and Portfolio Professor for Jewelry Design at Istituto Europeo di Design since March 2023. With a strong background in jewelry design, Francesca has developed and taught various courses, including practical and theoretical aspects of design methods and retail design, while also coordinating projects and reviews. Previous experience includes roles at Accademia del Lusso as a professor in 3D modeling and fashion jewelry, and positions at DAMIANI, Rosantica, and Soffio d'Arte as a designer, product developer, and goldsmith. Francesca holds a Diploma in Fashion Design with a specialization in Jewelry Design from Istituto Europeo di Design, supplemented by ongoing professional development in CAD modeling and innovative teaching methods.
