Kai Moon possesses extensive experience in customer success roles, having held leadership positions at multiple organizations. As the Head of Customer Success at iSTRUT, contributions are focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement. Previously, at Fondo, Kai served as Director of Customer Onboarding and Director of Customer Success, as well as being a founding member of the Customer Success team. Kai also played a pivotal role at Acuity Financial Experts as a founding member of the Customer Success team. Earlier experience includes working as a Customer Success Manager with specialty in audit support at Visor, and as a Customer Success Manager. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from The University of Georgia, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
