Ankit Goswami, CTAP, is an experienced talent acquisition and management professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Strategy at IT Convergence since September 2019, while also holding the role of Consulting Partner at VTal Technology Solutions LLC since September 2021. Prior roles include Assistant Manager L2 of Talent Acquisition at Impetus and Assistant Manager of Corporate Talent Acquisition at Coforge, where expertise encompassed resource management, requirement analysis, campus placements, and demand-supply management.
