Steve Billingsley

Steve Billingsley is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and systems design. Currently serving as Director of Enterprise Architecture at ITA Group, Inc. since July 2015, Steve leads a cross-functional team in developing technical strategies and solutions tailored to both enterprise and client needs. Prior roles include Systems Architect at Wellmark and Assistant Director of Information Technology at NCMIC, where Steve facilitated the transformation of business requirements into effective technical solutions and managed enterprise-level IT operations. With a solid educational background in architecture and civil engineering from Iowa State University, complemented by experience in web development and historic preservation, Steve brings a comprehensive perspective to system design and implementation.
