Ciro D'Amico

Ciro D'Amico is an accomplished executive chef with extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as the Executive Chef at Italian Hospitality Collection since April 2024. D'Amico has also been a docente at Universita dei sapori since March 2015, contributing to culinary education. Previous roles include Executive Chef positions at Four Points by Sheraton, Borgo Antichi Orti Assisi, Esplanade Tergesteo - Luxury Retreat, and Vocabolo Moscatelli, as well as Chef de Cuisine at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. D'Amico's expertise extends to private chef services through Alalya Holding Limited and chef consulting from January 2022 to April 2024.
