Karuna Sri Divi

Karuna Sri Divi has extensive experience at ITC Limited, having joined the company in June 2008 and currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing and an Executive Committee member for Snacks, Noodles, and Pasta. As the first woman factory manager of ITC Foods, Karuna oversees the upcoming Women Majority Factory in Medak. Prior roles include Category Manufacturing Manager and Factory Manager for the Integrated Food Factory in Hyderabad, as well as Regional Manufacturing Manager for Biscuits & Cakes in South India. Additionally, Karuna has held positions as Regional Operations Manager for South India’s biscuit manufacturing and Project Manager in the Paperboards and Specialty Papers Division. Karuna began involvement with ITC Limited through summer internships in the Paperboards and Specialty Papers Division and the Printing and Packaging Division. Educational qualifications include a B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, completed in 2008.
