The Client Engagement Team at ITConnect focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Consisting of Engagement Managers, an Account Manager, and a Sales Engineer, the team facilitates comprehensive support and tailored solutions throughout the design, procurement, implementation, and maintenance phases of IT and telecommunication projects.
