Rohit Atre

Rohit Atre is a Product Owner at itemis since October 2017, leading a team of software engineers in the development of a cloud-first version of itemis SECURE, a tool for comprehensive risk analysis of technical systems. Rohit has overseen the transition of itemis SECURE from a desktop RCP application to a cloud-first application, focusing on user management and data integration. Previously, Rohit worked as an IT Consultant and Software Engineer at itemis, contributing to data integration and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes. Prior to itemis, Rohit served as a Scientific Researcher at TU Darmstadt and RWTH Aachen, developing tools for program parallelism analysis. Rohit's early experience includes a traineeship at UBISOFT Montpellier, focused on Continuous Integration and Test Automation for a Video-game Physics Engine. Rohit holds a Master of Science in Business & Information Systems from ESIGELEC and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
