ITOCHU-SHOKUHIN Co., Ltd. is a company mainly engaged in the food wholesale business. The Company operates in two business divisions. The Food Wholesale division is engaged in the purchase and wholesale of food products and alcohol, the storage and transportation of its products, the provision of information regarding various products, as well as the merchandising business related to product distribution. The Others division is involved in the logistics management and transportation business, the retail business, the service business, as well as the food product manufacturing business, among others. The Company is a subsidiary of Itochu Corporation. As of March 31, 2015, the Company had five subsidiaries and six associated companies.
