Jinghan Wang

Jinghan Wang is a seasoned professional in Supply Chain Quality Management with significant experience in enhancing systems through standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement at ITP Aero since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jinghan served as the Head of the Center of Excellence at MATRICI S. Coop., where responsibilities included leading integrated management systems, process engineering, and training initiatives, alongside serving on the Board of Directors and Strategic Committee. Previous roles encompassed Deputy Industrial Director and Process Engineering & Project Management, focusing on advanced project management, lean production models, and process standardization to optimize production timelines. Jinghan also led the MATRICI Advanced Training Center, establishing strategic plans and knowledge management systems for employee training. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA and a degree in Industrial Management Engineering, complemented by international experience through an exchange semester at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
