Yasmin Fakouri, an Associate member of CIPD, currently serves as an Associate People Business Partner at ITRS since September 2023, after a six-year tenure as HR Advisor and Office Manager at Grosvenor Systems. In this role, Yasmin acted as the HR lead, focusing on employee relations, redundancy facilitation, performance improvement plans, and grievances while successfully developing and executing HR strategies aimed at building a high-performing organization. Previously, Yasmin held the position of Office and HR Coordinator and possesses a Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management and a Level 3 Diploma in Human Resources Practice from CIPD, along with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Sussex, earned in 2016.
