Jessica Choi

Jessica Choi, AICP, currently serves as the Director of Local Corridors and Hubs at MARTA, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica Choi was a Project Manager for Kimley-Horn from June 2014 to May 2023, where responsibilities included leading various transportation and transit projects such as the McFarland Area Mobility Hub and the Birmingham Jefferson County Transportation Authority BRT. Earlier experience includes roles as an Analyst at the Regional Transportation Authority of Northeastern Illinois and an Intern at the Center for Neighborhood Technology. Jessica Choi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning and Policy with a focus on Transportation Planning from the University of Illinois Chicago. Education was completed at Punahou School.
