Sophia Aumüller-Wagner is the current director at IT-Universitetet i København. Sophia was previously a research assistant and lecturer for Service Design Management at the same institution from August 2020 to April 2021. In this role, they researched usability and UX of medical devices for epilepsy and supported the specialization course "Service Design Management & Implementation." Prior to that, they worked as a UX student worker at invokers from March 2019 to July 2020, where they were part of a cross-disciplinary team designing, developing and delivering projects within the intersection of ERP systems, web and mobility. Some of their accomplishments include restructuring of cross-disciplinary document sharing on sharepoint platform, including playful and concise visual introductions, and creating templates for cross-disciplinary project teams consisting of software developers and UX designers. Her key responsibility was process optimization with focus on knowledge sharing, documentation and combining UX & agile development. Sophia also served as a scrum master at Obyte from February 2019 to May 2019, and as a guest lecturer at DIS - Study Abroad from May 2018 to June 2018.
Sophia Aumüller-Wagner has a Master of Science in Digital Innovation and Management from IT-Universitetet i København, a Master of Arts in Sociology from Friedrich Schiller University Jena, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from Friedrich Schiller University Jena. Sophia is also certified by Scrum.org as a Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II), by agile42 as a Scrum Master Certified (SMC), and by Styrelsen for International Rekruttering og Integration (SIRI) as a Danish B2 level (Dansk PD3). Additionally, they have a certification from EF Education First in EFSET 72 Proficient (CEFR C2).
