Celia Usher

Celia Usher is a versatile professional in the fields of journalism and public relations, currently serving as Co-Programming Chair for IU Beth Wood PRSSA since April 2024. With experience as a Corporate Communications Intern at Henry Schein and a News Journalist for the Indiana Daily Student, Celia has demonstrated a strong ability to investigate and report on campus issues. Additional roles include Social Media Intern at BakedbyJess, where website and social media enhancements were implemented, and Marketing Director for Chi Omega Fraternity, overseeing strategic marketing initiatives. As a Marketing Intern at Water's Edge Resort & Spa, Celia contributed to digital marketing strategies and improved social media engagement. Celia is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Public Relations at Indiana University Bloomington, with prior education from Guilford High School.
